Sign Ups

Excursion sign ups can be done online under the registration tab by visiting cougaraccess.csusm.edu or at the Clarke Field House Information Desk. Payment must be made at the time of the registration. All excursions are open to a limited number of participants. Be sure to sign up as early as possible.

Participation in USU Excursions is included in the $65 Student Union Fee paid with tuition by all currently matriculated Cal State San Marcos students. All CSUSM students not paying the Student Union Fee can participate in USU Excursions by paying the $65 per semester fee at the REC information desk or Cougar Access Membership. The fee includes access to the Clarke Field House Fitness Center, Campus Recreation Excursions, and USU Excursions.

Refunds

There are no refunds on excursions. If an excursion has a waitlist, registered participants seeking a refund are able to make arrangements with those on the waitlist by contacting Hugo Pinales hpinales@csusm.edu 

Transportation

Some excursions include transportation to and from the venue. Registered participants must take the transportation provided. Participants who fail to return back, will lose the opportunity to register for future excursions.
